Blaue Gans is an elegant little restaurant at the Arte Hotel, serving stylized Austrian food.
The dishes are carefully created, blending traditional Austrian elements with chic presentation. The food is delicious and crafted with care. The ingredients used are really fresh, which is telling in the wonderful flavoring of all the dishes we sampled.
This is where I first sampled the famous Salzburger Nockerl. This is a traditional Austrian baked pudding, made with a light mixture of stiff egg whites and berries.
