Must try: Seared Scallop “Sandwich”, Smoked Salmon & Beet Salad
The menu changes with the seasons as does the entire look at Park Avenue Winter ( Spring/ Summer /Fall) courtesy restaurant-design firm AvroKO. It’s one thing to have seasonally inspired cuisine but to have the décor do the same is quite incredible.
At Park Avenue Winter, the slivery, white accents are accompanied by a hearty winter menu that warms the soul. Chef Kevin Lasko’s American menu offers some really good seasonal eats. Take for example the Seared Scallop Sandwich which is composed of perfectly seared scallops, placed on a lightly toasted buttered hearty slice of bread.
Though Park Avenue Winter’s design antics might give one the impression of the restaurant being rather gimmicky – the food proves otherwise.
