White Bear is a tiny little dumpling house in Flushing. Run by a husband wife team this spot is a one trick pony that works.

Churning out Shan Dong style dumplings they are best known for their Wontons in Hot Oil ( #6 on the menu) and the noodles with chili oil. You can eat-in in extremely cramped quarters – there are only about 4 tables here or you can call ahead and take out.
