Flushing is rife with dimsum houses and restaurants that it is sometimes so hard to pick out the ones worth trying.

Jade Asian was never on my radar until I was invited to a banquet there and treated to some really authentic Cantonese style cooking.

We sampled several dishes during he course of our meal of which some were truly standout.

There was a shrimp stir friend with dragon fruit and asparagus, which combined these unusual tastes into a seamless dish.

I also really enjoyed a stir-fried beef with snow peas, which had the perfect balance of crunch between the vegetables bad the meat.

We also tried several of their dim sum dishes, which were quite impressive.

With all these tasty treats, Jade Asian is definitely on my Flushing go to map!
