I am in love with Il Buco Alimentari e Vineria!
To me, it is one of those places that you just keep dreaming about long after your meal there is done.
What I love most about Il Buco Alimentari e Vineria is its whole rustic vibe with food to match. Once you step through those doors you are pretty much transported to a little town in Italy where you can buy and eat curated quality goods. It is a marketplace, salumeria, bakery and restaurant all wrapped up in one beautiful package.
Chef Joel Hough offers a simple, seasonal menu using superb ingredients creating truly excellent plates.
Everything at Il Buco Alimentari e Vineria is just so darned delicious. One of my favorite dishes to start with is the house made ricotta paired with their freshly baked bread tasting basket.
Il Buco Alimentari e Vineria is one of those food spots that you just can’t go wrong with and that’s why its will always be on my “go to” list.
