The review those guys at Infatuation wrote made me go to Taqueria Diana and boy am I glad I did. Taqueria Diana is a tiny East Village spot that offers a simple menu of California inspired Mexican eats. The menu offers tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and nachos, with choices of meats.
There is barely any sitting room in this joint – just some in the back but the food really hits the spot. Its heavy let me warn you – but made with good ingredients and topped off with really zesty sauces and salsas. Everything is prepared fresh daily – one can just taste the goodness of it all.
Taqueria Diana is that perfect spot for a late might hit when your body is really craving something oozing with flavor and comfort.
