Must try: Hot Fried Chicken,
I just love anything that has Andrew Carmellini’s stamp on it and so I love The Dutch.
This casual American Bistro in Soho with an oyster bar thrown in is a really wonderful spot to hang out and grab a bite at. The menu is essentially Carmellini’s take on comfort food.
The menu offers a range of wonderful options and most of what we tried was very good.
The “Hot Fried Chicken” is really crisp and juicy and is served with a house made hot sauce which was quite kicking! The Mini lobster rolls were quite divine served on melt in your moth mini brioche buns.
The Dutch is definitely a must do on my list!
Here is some of what we ate:
EGGPLANT DIP WITH SAVOURY CRACKERS
MIXED GREEN SALAD WITH CRISPY PARMESAN CHEESE
MINI LOBSTER ROLLS
