Thierry Teyssier heads up the gorgeous Pâtisserie called Pâtisserie des Rêves which he opened with his friend, the pastry chef Philippe Conticini.

I love this artful, bright and playful pastry shop which is especially known for its award winning “Paris Brest” (a praline cream éclair). Its “Tarte Tatin” is also one of its most popular sellers.”
