Rosemary’s is Carlos Suarez’s West Village hit that everyone loves to love. This bright and cheery Italian trattoria is continuously crammed with scensters, hipsters and foodies alike. Rosemary’s always has a wait during peak times – afternoons might be the best time to go.
The kitchen is helmed by executive Chef Wade Moises who has crafted a simple rustic menu with seasonal dishes that are good for sharing. Known for zesty plates with fresh ingredients, Rosemary’s is famous for its rooftop farm from which it sources herbs and produce.
I really enjoyed the house made “Foccacia” at Rosemary’s and definitely recommend you try one of the pastas.
There is a lot to love at Rosemary’s and I cant wait to go back.
