Ferris, located in tight quarters at the Made Hotel, takes a little navigating to get to but is well worth the trek.
Executive Chef Greg Proechel has curated an elevated yet approachable, small plate menu which doesn’t break the bank.
I have to say that every single dish we tried was delicious. Start off at the top of the menu with the bread and butter and work your way down and do not skip the Iberico Katsu Sando or dessert.
