Who doesn’t recoginse the bright yellow Belgian wafel truck that seems to have popped up all over Manhattan?

Wafels and Dinges might be one of the most beloved food trucks in the city now. Owned and conceived by Thomas DeGeest, an ex IBM management consultant, this truck dispenses authentic Belgian wafels served with a host of wonderful toppings (dinges). One can choose between the Liege and Brussels wafels both of wich are superb.

 Wafels and Dinges won the 2009 Vendy award and hasn’t looked back since.

Do try the WMD (Wafel of Massive Deliciousness) or anything that has their spekuloos topping on it. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
