Maison Kayser, the famed French artisanal bakery has just opened its first outlet in Brooklyn. I attended a preview cocktail party the evening before the official opening where we were treated to a sneak peek of all its wonderful offerings.

A long time ago……so the story goes…… during low tide, farmers from Brooklyn could walk their cows across a mile long tidal strait from Brooklyn to Governors Island.
