It’s never too early to start thinking about Christmas and at La Maison Du Chocolat that is exactly what Master Chef Nicolas Cloiseau has been doing.




I was recently invited to an event to meet Chef Cloiseau’s and preview his upcoming Holiday 2014 Collection, which will be unveiled this coming Christmas season. His creations are an ode to the wonders of winter and pay homage to the cherished flavors of the holidays.

 We were privy to his amazing “Tree of Wonder” – an artistic piece which is entirely handmade.





We also sampled his one of a kind “Wonders of Christmas” coffretes, which had some wonderful combinations of classic holiday flavors, recreated as only La Maison Du Chocolat can!




I look forward to sampling much much more of these delicious treats this holiday season.
