Maison Kayser just opened its newly renovated and largely expanded location at Bryant Park. I attended a preview event the day before the official opening where we were treated to a sneak peek of all its wonderful offerings.
The evening was spent sipping wines whilst savoring their fresh-baked artisanal breads, French pastries and tasting a variety of canapés. We were also introduced to offerings from their new winter menu as we listened to live music which transported us to the streets of Paris.
Maison Kayser always ensures its products to be of the highest quality and their New York operations are overseen by a team of highly skilled personnel including Chef Olivier Reginensi and master baker Yann Ledoux. Here is part of the team kicking it up in the kitchen!
Maison Kayser’s newest location will offer a wonderful variety of artisanal handmade, natural breads, pastries and cakes, as well as a menu that features seasonal and organic ingredients, and infuses French bistro classics.
One can enjoy dishes such as a “Lentil Soup” or a “Cocotte de Saumon” along with classic favorites such as their famed “Baguette” and much more.
Of course as always, the good folk at Maison Kayser sent us home with a generous gift bag filled with goodies!
Do make sure you check out the newest Maison Kayser at Bryant Park and try out all their wonderful offerings.
