Must try: Slow Cooked Salmon
The Little Beet Table is an outcome of the huge success of Franklin Becker’s Little Beet – a quick and casual vegetable driven spot.
As Becker saw New Yorkers taking to the idea of healthy, wholesome meals on the run, he decided to sit them down and them chew on their veggies in his new full service spot.
Vegetables are not all they serve up at The Little Beet Table. There are carefully composed seafood and meat dishes too.
One of my absolute favorites was their “Slow Cooked Salmon” – a definite specialty of the house. Not only does Becker throw all your good fats at you in one dish with heart healthy avocados and pistachios but it is also executed to perfection.
I love that Little Beet Table is so dedicated to wholesome and healthy food that’s is packed with flavor. Their menu is 100% gluten-free and everything tastes so good!
