The Éclair Bakery stands unassumingly in its small quarters in Midtown East offering a host of French pastries with an especially large variety of éclairs.
Owner and head pastry chef Stéphane Pourrez was trained at Ferrandi, the French School of Culinary Arts and has now opened his own bakery to share these Parisian treats with New York City.
The Éclair Bakery is a great little spot to stop off at for a cup of coffee/ tea and a your very favorite éclair and more.
