Andrew Carmellini is such a star chef in my eyes! I love Locanda Verde and now am equally in love with Little Park, his ingredient driven, seasonal restaurant at the Smyth hotel in TriBeCa.
The menu at Little Park is a vegetable focused, small to medium plates affair that encourages sharing.
I love the way that the dishes are prepared at Little Park. Everything is very lightly seasoned and minimally cooked. .
The food is just fabulous – clean, vibrant flavors served in beautifully arranged plates that are a feast for all your senses.
