There is so much more than just baseball at Yankee Stadium that makes it even more of a destination for fans, families and all.
I was recently invited to a media tour of Yankee Stadium’s new 2018 food line up. Leading the eats is Legends Hospitality Senior Executive Chef Matt Gibson who has curated a wonderful assortment of ball park favorites.
Some of the new and notable menu items are the 10 oz. flatiron steak and the organic rotisserie-roasted half-chicken, each served with thin-cut seasoned shoestring fries.
The Stadium’s newest social gathering location — the Blue Point Bleachers Bar located on the 200 Level in the left field bleachers — will be home to Blue Point’s latest master creation, the NY Pinstripe Pilsner. Available exclusively at Yankee Stadium and brewed with a generous amount of Pilsner malt and Motueka hops, the taste is crisp, clean and balanced with a hint of lime aroma from the hop bill. Unique to the bar is a retail store, making it a one-of-a-kind place to both kick back and pick up some Yankees souvenirs.
Don’t miss the newest revolution in dessert with the “Yankee Stadium Grand Slam Shakes”. Fans can choose from flavors such as “Pinstripe, Celebration, S’mores and Chocolate All Star”.
Yankee Stadium’s expanded menu will provide an increased variety of delicious ballpark food and beverages as a result of the club’s ongoing efforts to improve the fan experience for all guests. Fans are encouraged to visit www.yankees.com/eats for a downloadable dining guide and full information on what Yankee Stadium menus have to offer.
All of these exciting dining options and more will be available for all Yankees fans to enjoy throughout the 2018 season, beginning with the Yankees’ home opener on Monday, April 2 vs. the Tampa Bay Rays. Get ready for another season of Yankee food and fun!
