Khan Chacha is a well-established institution in New Delhi’s enormously popular Khan Market. Housed in their new, modernized digs, here’s where you go to get your fix for the most delicious kabab rolls.
Khan Chacha has a winning formula that is so simple. They serve melt in your mouth kababs, both veg and non-veg and wrap it in a thin, delicate, roomali roti (Indian bread). Throw in a sprinkling of fresh onions, some seasonings and a hit of spicy mint chutney and viola – in minutes you are digging into a really satisfying and healthy quick bite. And all of this for about Rs. 100 ($2) a pop!!!!
The kababs can be ordered with or without the roti (bread) and the best drink to down this roll with is a chilled “Thums Up” (Indian Cola). Khan Chachas is one of those Delhi food spots that is just not to be missed.

CHICKEN TIKKA ROLL
The chicken tikka roll was very good. It had tender morsels of perfectly spiced chicken tikkas wrapped in a soft covering of roomali roti.
MUTTON SHEEKH ROLL
I didn’t like this roll at all. I thought the mutton sheehk kababs were very dry which made the roll taste pretty bad.
VEG HARIYALI KABAB ROLL
I loved this veg kabab roll. It was a made with potatoes and other vegetables and had a great spicy minty hint to it.
FISH TIKKAS
I thought their fish tikkas were outstanding. The fish was really fresh and it was spiced and grilled to perfection.
