Egg knows how to do eggs just right!

This breakfast-centric, southern accented, wildly popular brunch café in Williamsburg promises to keep you waiting for at least an hour to try some of their delectable offerings.

Brunch is their mainstay, though they do offer lunch and dinner too. All their ingredients are locally sourced, one of their main providers being their own farm, which is located in Oak Hill, NY.

The food here is definitely good but only a few dishes are quite worth the wait.

They make a great Eggs Rothko. It’s an easy-cooked egg in a slice of Amy’s brioche, topped with Grafton cheddar.

Their Duck Hash, which is a braised duck leg seared with potatoes and green onions,  served with 2 eggs any style, is definitely worth a try.

Their French Toast which is served with Vermont maple syrup is to die for. And their hash browns, tator tots, candied bacon and biscuits are really good too.

Breakfast is served all day on weekends but the lines get really long, really quickly. I suggest getting there early in the morning or in the late afternoon.
