SHO Shaun Hergatt, gives one reason to forage into the heart of the financial district for some truly outstanding food. Shaun Hergatt is a talented Australian chef, serving incredible Asian inflected French cuisine.
Each dish at SHO is brilliantly composed, with an element of surprise that wows the diner. It comes as no surprise that the restaurant received two Michelin stars this past year.
Everything works seamlessly at SHO. The service is a little lacking but the ambiance is intimate and the food is sublime. Dining here, makes for a truly incredible experience.
