One wouldn’t peg the name Bromberg with ultra fresh sushi. Well the dynamic duo behind the famed Blue Ribbon restaurants have dished up another winner at Blue Ribbon Sushi.

Partnering with sushi master, Toshi Ueki, this sushi spot serves some of the finest fish. The menu is expansive and almost overwhelming but stick to the fish dishes and you cannot go wrong. Their miso black cod was outstanding as was their hoodoo platter. They always have a specials menu featuring some really interesting dishes.

There’s not much to be said for the decor but it’s pleasant enough with a tavern like feel and the service is very friendly and helpful.

Blue Ribbon Sushi is a wonderful downtown sushi option!
