I was invited to a media event at the MPE Penthouse last night, where the Kenmore brand celebrated its 100th Anniversary.
The occasion was marked by a journey through time of their products that took us back through decades of innovation. It was pretty cool to walk through a gallery of appliances that spanned from early 1900’s to now.
The event was celebrated with a live “cookmore” demonstration and tasting of super eats from Kenmore’s in-house chef Kari Karch who was flown in from Chicago. Bursting with zest and personality, Kari showcased easy recipes, filled with flavor and fun.
Here is some of what we sampled:
Pear and Vodka Cocktail with Vanilla Bean
Asparagus & Edamame Hummus with Garlic Crostini
Chicken Milanese with Arugula Salad
