Sfoglia is a wonderful trattoria on the Upper East Side serving rustic Italian fare.
The place has real character with its tastefully mismatched decor, which looks like its straight out of some country lifestyle magazine.
The food follows suit with delightful surprises tucked away in every aspect of the menu.
Do try to get there for lunch as Sfoglia has limited space and is usually packed for dinner and rightfully so.
It is such a relief to find something as delightful and authentic, in this neighborhood, in both feel and food as Sfoglia.
