Brown Sugar Restaurant is nestled amongst lush tropical ferns in a charming traditional Bajan home. This delightful spot serves some of the most authentic Bajan and Caribbean cuisine on the island.
Located in the Aquatic Gap, this spot is patronized mostly by local residents and business people who come for the extremely popular “all-you-can-eat planter’s buffet lunch which offers over 30 kinds of delicious local & Creole dishes.
The buffet may include anything from specialties such as flying fish, cou-cou, jug-jug, pepper pot, fish cakes, and macaroni pie and much more. Dinner offers an à la carte menu where one can order similar dishes made to order.
