Hailing from Australia, Hergatt is just a natural talent when it comes to complex cooking. He takes concepts of molecular gastronomy and fusion cooking to another level. Every dish he creates has several layers of thought, texture and flavor sculpted into it.
Every plate that was served to us at Juni was jaw droppingly beautiful and boy did we have a field day with our meal. The icing on the cake was when he came out to personally greet us and talk to us about his passion – foodie to foodie.
Juni is one of those New York City spots that you just have to experience. I just cannot wait to go back!
