If you are looking for that “seriously charming”, “all you envision a traditional restaurant in Morocco to be” – kind of place then there is no better choice than Al Mounia for a meal.
This stunning restaurant is housed in a Moroccan-style home where the courtyard is encompassed by the most gorgeous hundred year-old tree, alit with hanging lanterns and lights. Half the charm of this place is experienced as you walk through this almost fairytale like entrance.
The menu offers a delightful assortment of mostly traditional Moroccan foods, all of which was really delicious. The servers, dressed in traditional outfits are really warm and helpful.
All of this makes Al Mounia a really excellent destination.
