Cipollinis is located in Americana Manhasset, which is known as the Miracle Mile. Filled with high-end designers this complex is where the hyper wealthy spend time shopping and noshing.

Cipollinis fits right into these environs. Serving a menu of light Italian fare with contemporary American and Greek influences mingled in, the food here is decent enough. The Thin Crust Pizza is worth a try but skip the Tuna Tartare, which bordered awful.

The service is snooty and aloof– there’s really nothing warm or inviting about Cipollinis but the most fun you can have is people watching.

With dripping diamonds and bags that could be used as down payments on homes – with the right company I would say Cipollinis could actually be a entertaining experience.
