Brunch might just be one of my favorite meals and nothing thrills me more than finding just that perfect spot to spend an afternoon to luxuriate in.
Imagine my delight when I was recently invited to Vic’s, a charming Noho spot owned by Victoria Freeman and Marc Meyer (of Cookshop, Hundred Acres & Rosie’s) with an Italian inspired menu created by Chef Hillary Sterling.
We were treated to a multitude of brunch offerings replete with a selection of freshly made cocktails including a tasting of several versions of Bloody Marys.
This of course made for a great start to our weekend. Some of my favorite dishes were the “Frittata, zucchini, pine nuts, goat cheese” which was so subtly flavored.
I really loved the bowl of “Eggs, Greens & Grains” which was a great combination of all that’s good or you!
The “Lemon Scones w/ Rhubarb & Fennel Pollen” were a perfect bite for when you craving something not too sweet and the “Brisket Sandwich” had melt in your mouth meat in it.
I really enjoyed my meal at Vic’s. Their market-driven menu and creative drinks in a vibrant space make it a perfect anytime spot.
