Tortaria is a lively Mexican sandwich shop downtown, which serves Tortas, Taquitos and Tequila – the three essentials “T’s” if you ask me.

The menu at Tortaria offers a wide array of sandwiches made with local bread from Parisi Bakery along with hand-pressed, grilled corn masa and flour tortillas.

Everything is made fresh and in house. Tortaria offers a variety of menus from breakfast to dinner.

I was recently invited to check out a host of new items from their breakfast menu. Needless to say, we were thoroughly spoiled (and stuffed) with all the “egg-citing” offerings.

The Tequila bar tends small batch sprits, along with fresh fruit-squeezed margaritas, mezcal cocktails, Mexcian beers and more.

The vibe is that of fun and with great food to go along with it – it makes Tortaria a great destination.
