Luda’s is a modern Russian dumpling café in Sheepshead Bay.

Created as an ode to his mother’s delicious homemade dumplings, Eugene and his partner Lawrence are very particular about the quality of ingredients used.

The dough is a 100% organic whilst fillings are all natural. Luda’s is fashioned more as a quick serve spot where you can place a customized order picking dumplings, fillings, toppings and dips.

The production kitchen is glass enclosed which gives you something to watch as you wait. You can even buy frozen dumplings to go.

My favorite was the “Wild Shrimp and Cheese” which we topped with roasted mushrooms and fried onions. We chose sour cream and vinegar as dips.
