The former Dressler space in Brooklyn has been transformed into Chef Polo Dobkin’s Meadowsweet.
The new American menu is thoughtful and delicious. Perfectly portioned plates which are delicately composed abound at Meadowsweet.
We tried their brunch and highly recommend their insane doughnuts and wagyu beef empanadas.
The truffled egg toast with fontina, runny yolks, pea shoots & truffle oil is a popular pick too.
I will definitely be back to try their dinner menu.
