Monument Valley located in Navajo Tribal Park is known as Tsé Biiʼ Ndzisgaii, in Navajo meaning valley of the rocks. This gorgeous valley houses some of the most picturesque mesas, plateaus and buttes.
The relatively new View hotel, started by Armanda Ortega a native Navajo, offers stunning panoramic views of Monument Valley.

Page, Arizona is famous for a remarkable collection of geological wonders, monuments, historical sites, slot canyons and so much more.
Finding good food in Page is a whole different story though!
Why is Fiesta Mexicana rated so highly on every online food guide???
This cheery, colorful Mexican themed restaurant looks inviting enough. We started off with really good chips and salsa and everything went downhill from there. The service is friendly but painfully slow. The food is average bordering on awful. How disappointing is all I can say.
This place is just about one step up from pulling up to the drive through window at a Taco Bell!
Please don’t eat here!

Paul and Elizabeth’s natural foods restaurant has been a mainstay in Northampton for over 30 years now. They were the pioneers in offering health conscious food with an accent on vegetables and seafood. Now this trend has become the rage all over the Pioneer Valley but Paul and Elizabeth’s still holds it own.
Located in Thornes Market, it often hard to get a table here at this extremely popular food spot. Paul and Elizabeth Sustik are very involved in the day-to-day running of the restaurant whilst their son Nate is now the head chef.
The food is good – I loved my Portobello mushroom wrap and the crust of the apple pie was really good too.
Paul and Elizabeth’s is a wonderful spot for a plate full of comfort.

Dishes not to miss: Breakfast sandwiches, pastries
La Provence is a great breakfast spot right in the midst of South Beach, FL. You will always find a long line at their counter for it’s readymade bakery items such as pastries and cakes. It also serves a decent breakfast featuring sandwiches, quiches, and eggs in many styles.
La Provence boasts as being an authentic French bakery – I don’t know how fine the food is but the attitude is certainly French! Customer service and politeness is not on their to-do list for sure!
However, for the offerings it has, that hardly makes a difference. La Provence offers an awesome break from the beach, for a quick bite and a good cup of coffee at an affordable price point.
