Rabat, meaning “Fortified Place” is the capital of Morocco. This stately city is the countries diplomatic center and is very beautifully kept. It might be one of Morocco’s most appealing cities. We visited the magnificent Mohammed V Mausoleum, which is considered a masterpiece of modern Alaouite dynasty architecture.

The Food of Morocco

Morocco is one of the most fascinating countries I have visited in recent times. Situated in Northern Africa, less than 10 miles away from Spain, the meld of cultures and influences seen here are just marvelous. Berber, European, Arab and African traditions heavily influence the Moroccan way of life.
